I find myself speaking English like I don't know English. I use words that are more literally what I mean. It us the way Germans speak English and since I have not had contact with an English speaker until today it is difficult to speak without imitating those I am talking to.
Anyway, today was fun I went to Munich (locally Munchen) and met Ben Adams, who is also a student of Pepperdine, and we went up into the Ratskeller. That is German for Government building. It was beautiful and gothic and I forgot my camera so their will be no photographs to follow. :(. Munich is much like the rest of Southern Germany, it is Bavarian and very beautiful. However after our trip and a visit to Ben's hotel which is nicer then my current abode it made me consider moving. But no decision has been made yet.
Then we took the Tram into Augsburg and had dinner at the Coffeehouse where I stayed to use the internet.
Hahah. Love being an English speaker in a non native English speaker country. It's really funny to listen to yourself and how you adjust your speech patterns to other people.
